Enter your waybill or invoice number on the homepage — no account needed. You'll see the current status and the full history of scans.

How do I book a delivery?

Get in touch through the Contact page with your pickup and delivery details. A staff member will book it and send you a waybill number.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card, and standard bank transfer.

What if my parcel is marked Delivered but I never received it?

Contact us immediately with your waybill number. Delivered parcels are logged with a timestamp and, where available, a photo taken at drop-off.

Can I change the delivery address after booking?

Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't been picked up yet. Contact us with the waybill number and the updated address.
