Booking a delivery
By booking a delivery through APL Logistics, you confirm that the parcel contents are accurately described, legal to ship, and do not violate any applicable law or carrier restriction.
Liability
Declared value is used to assess handling requirements and, where applicable, compensation in the event of loss or damage. APL Logistics is not liable for amounts exceeding the declared value on the waybill.
Delivery timeframes
Pickup and delivery times shown during booking are estimates. Weather, traffic, and access issues at the delivery address can affect actual timing.
Cancellations
A booking can be cancelled or moved to draft before pickup by contacting us with the waybill number. Once a parcel has been picked up, it cannot be cancelled.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
